What could I do to get people to join this board and be more then just members but active posters. I have my message board listed on over 40 websites.
I also have message board cards that I have been passing out to greyhound owners.

Just an FYI. For all members, the more POSTS and different TOPICS we have on here, the more people we will get to join this board.
Please at least post 1 time a month if you can.

Yes, I submitted my site to over 100 websites a few weeks back, so it may take some time to get added. I am on Google and Yahoo. Thanks for the suggestion.
This is my first board I put together so I am still learning all about this.

Another thing is that Google now has the ability to crawl message boards as long as you do the work for them, like create an index file using their tool and placing it in the forum root. Check out Google Sitemap or Site Index, I can't remember.

I've seen google logged in as a member on a site before and I wondered what the heck that was! Now I know.

Some were sent an invite, word of mouth and at grey events. I have a EG card I passed out.

Is there any way to make the URL easier to remember? Make it everythinggreyhound.com or something that people will remember easier? If one does not have the actual URL handy it can be tough to recall.
