Cahill & O’Connor Kennel’s super greyhound Ozzie The Man (Stan’s Boy Flyer - Go Go Cleo) claimed his 76th Palm Beach Kennel Club victory Friday afternoon and became tied for fourth place on the track’s all-time career win list. Wearing the white blanket of post three, Ozzie exploded out of the box, winning by more than five lengths over the very good looking youngster Fuzzys Banshee (Kiowa Sweet Trey - Fuzzys Scarecrow, Satin Kennel) in an impressive time of 29.35 seconds, his 48th consecutive 545-yard Royal Palm Course clocking under 30 seconds.

Sadly enough, Ozzie broke his right rear foot duining schooling. The good news is that the injury did not require surgery. It was enough, however, that his owners have decided that it is time for Ozzie to retire.
