I was reading a dog magazine (I think it was Dog World), and there was an article about Pariah dogs. There are a lot of different dogs that fit into this category, but the most famous is probably the dingo. They are basically a group of wild dogs that for one reason or another, came together, began hunting together, and breeding together. Not very much outside influence. They all end up looking the same, and acting the same, etc. after several generations. I also found it quite interesting since I live in NC that there is one group called the Carolina Dogs that live in this area!! I might have to do a little more research on them!!
