one of my racers, kimbas spirit... steals things for the sake of stealing them... she has 3 hats, 2 pairs of shoes and loads of random things in her kennel. when puttng her back in her kennel, if your not wearing a hat that she can jump up and steal, she grabs your clothes.. she also 'walks herself' as she grabs her own lead and takes off.
when she finishes her brekky or dinner, she picks up her bowl and takes it to her bed. doesnt chew it...just 'steals' it. if she doesnt want that particular thing for brekky, she grabs the end of her bowl and tips all of her food out and sulks for brekky and tips everything out that she gets until she gets her fave, toast + vegemite
when walking her as well, if you stop and talk to someone, when she wants you to keep going, she sits down and bangs her head against your leg. and loves to play, she runs at full speed at you then turns to slam her shoulder against you last second.
a lovely little dog she is and full of character and personality... one in a million
i also taught her to sit and shake on command during her retirement. she is a classic, hilarious little individual

i think these kinda of habits are great as it really makes a dog individual...and leaves great memories for when they eventually leave

I was preparing my lunch and I took my plate to my lower level, were it is cooler, left my lunch on my plate ran back upstairs to get my drink, went to cut my chicken and it was gone! I turn around and saw Misty licking her lips, she really enjoyed my chicken! I have a cat that will eat my crab cakes and crab legs and a dog who will eat my grill chicken, oh well, they have "good taste" for good food!
