I've seen a show on Animal Planet that was a jumping competion. A greyhound won!! I believe her name was Cindy. To see her sail over a tall wall was awesome looking. So graceful.
I don't encourage jumping at my house. They have to stay behind babygates!!

A 6 foot fence would not save the squirrel but an 8 footer?!?!?!?!? WOW! That is one athletic greyhound.

OMG! That's a bit scary, I'd love to get a Grey some day (DH says no more animals!) and we have a 6 foot wooden privacy fence, was this a chain link fence the dog got over, do you know? That would make more sense, and they could use their feet to "hook" into the links, to get over.
