Oh my goodness! My DH was pretty upset when one of our boys chewed his slipper...He would absolutely freak out if he came home to that!!! I hope that wasn't a special piece of furniture to you and your family... Any slivers in the pups mouth?

#grins# #grins# #grins# Having fostered a few galgopups, I know exactly what you mean. A chair, a table and some books are the damage here.

We were home when she did it. . . .actually I was in bed sleeping and DH was on the couch. He walked in and saw her doing it. . . I slept through it. . . . sneaky little bugger. She's crated during the day. . . and people wonder why :)

Yikes! I keep telling DH that it's okay we got a puppy because I work at home. Well, except for the fact that I'm not so much working, exactly, now that we DO have a puppy! So, Lori, you sure you can't swing a trip up here with your puppies so they can all tire each other out???

Wow, we have a 4month old greyhound puppy and so far Lincoln hasn't chewed any of our furniture. The key is, lots of dog stuffies.

We made it 11 months with no casualties. . . . nothing. . . never even had an accident. Trainer said she's getting her 11 month molars. . .I think she was telling us to get new furniture.

Lincoln, is losing his baby teeth now and getting some of his adult teeth. I guess we have something to look forward to soon. We are still potty training him. Puppies pee alot.

Luckily we have a really small house. . that Mazie was never out of our sight. We would take her out every 2 hours. . .when she was little. . . . then she figured it out. She's smart, but in the teenager spiteful stage. . . .but look . . .isn't she cute? Then and now

I totally agree. Even as adults they have to have those long loveable faces to distract you. My two yr old likes to rip up paper. He's gotten a few books so far and we caught him stealing a pile of cash to tear up. That would have been bad news if we haden't caught him. And now that he's two he has temper tantrums. He stomps his feet and howls when he wants something we won't give him. Sometimes I feel like a have child not a dog.
