What do you give your grey for a gurgling stomach?
This morning, Gus's stomach was gurgling. When we went for our walk, he had the runs. He didn't eat until earlier this evening.
I remember reading some time ago that a Pepto-Bismol (or Pepcid) tablet is widely used.
Suggestions appreciated.

My bridge boy (and heart dog) had the gurgly stomach many times. He had a really hard time with hookworms that took almost a year to clear up no matter what worm meds we used. Whenever he would get a flare up between meds he gurgled all day long. We gave him Immodium and fed him a bland rice/lean ground beef recipe.

I just use Pepto, liquid in a syringe that I squirt 3-4cc into the back of their mouth. They feel better and eat within 2-3 hours.

When my guys run into that situation....I use the Pepto, too. Settles that gurgly stomach! The first meal I give if the runs are involved...is white rice with browned ground beef mixed in with a smaller than usual ration of their kibble.
Hope Gus's stomach is back to normal soon!

Zeus is the one that always gets this. We feed him cooked rice and chicken. I hope Gus is feeling better soon.

Okay, I was just at the Chinese place earlier for vegetable low mein. I could have asked them to mix some "beef" in with the rice but I don't know exactly what would actually be put in there.
