This is a great idea and will let people see the workings inside a racing kennel.
From the NGA.
At the bottom is the link to dates and how to sign up.

The tours have been shut down. Seems pretty suspicions that all of a sudden people are banned from going into the kennels with security clearance. The NGA was vetting everyone before they were cleared to go on the tour.
The Department of Business & Professional Regulations in Florida cancelled the greyhound track tours. Following is the email I received:
We regret to inform you that we received notice today from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation that the public tours will be denied access to the kennel compound and restricted areas at the track. There are a lot of rumors floating around and we are trying to get to the root of the policy change. But as of right now, all kennel tours are cancelled until further notice. We hope this will be reversed as we were very excited to be rolling out the kennel carpet for you all.
If you would like additional information, please contact DBPR Director of Pari-Mutuel Wagering, Robert Ehrhardt at 850-488-9130.
We are deeply disappointed as well.

This is bad. I wonder if Grey2K got involved.

This is bad. I wonder if Grey2K got involved. While there is no proof, YET, you have to wonder.
No matter what you have to wonder what tampering with an election is in a legal sense. People got security clearance and were let into the kennels with some regularity. Just last month Jeff, from Paint the Trail, took 50 people into the Sanford Orlando kennels. They all had clearance before getting let in.
