On the 29th both sides had 20 minutes to present their case and, I think, the Yes side had a 10 minute rebuttal. Now we wait. I would expect a decision in the next two weeks since election day is only a couple of months away.
People try and read things into the questions a SCJ asks and while it might be a tough question and some people read into the tough question that this person is not on our side, but you never really know. Many times those justices are searching for answers and end up voting on your side.

While each case is different this isn't the first time G2K tried to deceive the public on a ballot question. In 2006 the Massachusetts Supreme Court threw their ballot question off the ballot.
