Misty is home now with Toby and and I. Last night she did cry a little and finally went to sleep. I'm sure my house is very different from the farm and the kennel. I didn't introduce Toby to her last night because I knew he was stressed, lying under my bed and Misty was tired and stressed, new home and people. This am Misty woke up around 6:15 and we went for our morning walk. We came back and she went right into her crate and laid down, she was very relaxed so I went in my bedroom, pulled Toby out from under the bed and went back in the study. Toby looked at her and she just looked at him and put her head down. Toby just laid in my lap and we were about 6 inches from the crate, Toby just was very calm, no fussing, moving around or trying to break free and surprising enough he did not growl or hiss, just sat on my lap. I feel the first meeting went well, and hopefully within in time they will be best buds!! I am so happy! ;D But, I'll take all the help and advice you guys can give me!! :o

Just tell Toby not to run in the house or outdoors. That old prey drive, you know. :o
