A Canadian study discovered that a few extra steps could be all you need to lose the last few pounds. Researchers asked 106 sedentary people to sport a pedometer everyday for two to three months and they learned that by wearing one, participants took an extra 7,029 to 10,480 steps each day. That's more than a third more than those who didn't wear one. If you could take an additional 3,400 steps a day for 12 weeks you would:
Lose 3.3 pounds Reduce your BMI by 0.6
Reduce your waist circumference by one centimeter
Cut your resting heart rate down by four beats per minute Burn an extra 11,500 calories
Remember a few steps go a long way! Just food for thought: "Those who do not find time for exercise will find time for illness." Until next time, be good to yourself, take care of your body, mind, and soul. Remember I am here for you and I'm also listening. ;D

That's why I hop on the eliptical for 30 sweaty minutes at least 5 times a week!! Coincendently, I'm currently watching a Harry Potter movie while sweating.
