Who watches Survivor? A new one starts tonight! It's a "guilty pleasure" for my DH and myself. We keep saying it's awful but we love it.
::)
I like the challenges, more than anything else. And I could never do that show...I'm not a camper-type, and that's not enough money to make me into one. Besides, I'd be whining so much in about 5 minutes that they'd all vote me off in the first round!

I have to admit I have never seen more than a minute or two of any survivor show. Never quite understood them

You kind of have to watch an entire one to "get it", but it doesn't mean that understanding it will make you like the show. Watching an entire first one of a season is the best way to see if you like it or not.
I'm taping it, and also taping "Earl" at 9:00, although I'll be watching Survivor in real time. I don't know if it's an hour or two hours tonight. My DH is going out so i have to tape everything. I like watching each Survivor episode twice anyway.

I've never seen survivor but I like their promos. I would probably be voted off if I was a contestant. :o

There's never going to be another one like him! The hunky NYC firefighter. Woot! I was drooling so much at him ::) when that Survivor was on that it finally started to annoy my DH. :o 8-) |

Wow I can't believe they voted Tina off already! I mean I know she's really strong but it was too early in the game for that!

This will be a good one, I can tell. These people will be an interesting bunch. And I like the whole skull motif, and especially the shrunken-head looking immunity idol. I hope those women who voted off Tina right away learn their lesson, in the next one! That was rash of them. I think they needed her for awhile longer. |
