Its summer time, alright!! ;D Yes, and its time to enjoy the Memorial Day week-end with outside actives, pinics and spending the time with family and friends. But, during this wonderful holiday, don't forget about our brave men and women who gave their lives for us. I hope the weather is sunny and warm and everyone has a fun week-end, so what are you going to do this week-end? I'm going to wash and clean out my car plus I'll be baking a apple crumb pie on Saturday evening for Sunday, my sister and her husband are having a cook-out at their house on Sunday, should be fun. Monday, no work-outs, just cardio and reading. ;D
