I finally found a new job! I got a transfer to another branch and will be starting my new job on July 10. I am leaving the nightmare of my branch. Where I work, we have a manager who is incompetent, our teen population is out of control. We had numerous fights, gang fights and the police are here everyday.
I am leaving a boss who yells at you everyday for not doing a good job, leaving where they play favorites with certain staff and don't care about you. They never recognize you for any positive things you do but their favorites they rave about.
I can't wait til I July 10th. I am getting a raise too!
