PALM BEACH KENNEL CLUB’S OZZIE THE MAN WINS THE PRESTIGIOUS RURAL RUBE AWARD West Palm Beach, Fl. - Cahill & O’Connor Kennel’s world greyhound racing star Ozzie The Man (Stan’s Boy Flyer - Go Go Cleo) was bestowed today with one of the sport’s highest honors, the 2005 Rural Rube Award. The Rural Rube Award is presented annually to the nation’s top greyhound racing in sprint competition. Presented by the National Greyhound Association, the award is named in honor of the legendary greyhound sprinter of the late 1930's. Other past Kennel Club Rural Rube honorees include Izz A Champ (1971), He’s My Man (1989), CC Big One (1990) and Twilite Demand (1995).
