I think you should make a banner to go across the top of the page (like a logo) with 'Everything Greyhound Forum' or something on it. Also use proboards codes to move the 'Hey 'X', you have 'X' messages, 'X' are new' to below or above the buttons. Use another code to seperate the news fader from the boards aswell that would look good. It's the little things that count!

Interesting new look. I am going to have to get used to it. There is not a heading of Everything Greyhound that I can see. Will that be added??

Not at the moment,this is the default skin.
What colour would you like,because of the default colour we have now you have to be careful.

Well. the reply message field is a darkish grey and the print is blue so for us optically challenged it is hard to see clearly. LOL

I have put a new colour on called Bright,change the skin in your profile.
Personally i hate it but i like to keep folk happy.
I cannot change the coding for Blue text as that is in the global headers and works all the way through that forum whether you have 1 skin or 5.
Sorry.
(I'll see if i can change the blue colour).

The bright is way too hard on the eyes. I don't know how much you can tweak the site but it definitely has a new hi-tech look. I think I like it. Will there be any graphics of a greyhound anywhere to go with the board name?

I've taken the blue text off so it should be easier on the eyes for you.
Got rid of the crappy bright skin.
Is it really necessary for a dog image?
I may be able to sort something!!

Well, my opinion only, the great part about this board is it's simplicity in rules. Talk and discuss whatever, just don't abuse each other. So with that in mind to me an inviting atmosphere is important. We all love any visual reference to greyhounds. Now I am a 50 yr. old so I may be outdated. LOL I can adapt to anything however. LOL

I will say this. The current look of this board blows the other GH message boards away. It may be me and my advanced years, LOL, but the grey colors are a little too dark for me and somehow not inviting enough. IMO
